Happy Halloween!

The kids have all been looking forward to Halloween for weeks....basically since the costumes were ordered!  The girls were all cute candy corn witches and Harrison was a pirate.

We headed to Memaw's house first, where she had special treats for her favorite Trick-or-Treaters. Next all seven of us went to Granna and Papa D's house for dinner.  Granna had a yummy dinner prepared, complete with chili,  "Mummy Dogs" and lots of sweet treats for everyone!

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

I'm trying to get my blog caught up, so things are showing up out of order this week...sorry about that! 

Emma Taylor's class visited the Pumpkin Patch in Blue Mountain, MS on Monday and thankfully I was able to join them!  I made it on the trip, but my camera didn't, so I had to take these pictures with my Blackberry...not the best quality.  Either way, you know I had to document the fun day we had!

The weather was beautiful and the kids were all well behaved so we couldn't have asked for a better day!

Walmart didn't have any traditional red bandanas when I did my shopping, so I had to improvise and go with the Halloween bandanas...looks like we pulled it off!

It's a Party in the USA!

Well, actually the party was in Birmingham!  Emma Taylor and I met Amy and Hanna in Birmingham for a fun girls weekend and took them to the Miley Cyrus concert!  This picture was taken just before the show.

They were so excited that they skipped and jumped all the way to the venue!

Emma Taylor had dance class on this rainy, rainy afternoon.  Before class we stopped at Burger King for a snack and as a result here's her outfit for the evening!  :-)

Puzzle Time!

Harrison LOVES puzzles these days and lucky for me they had some cool monster puzzles in the $1 section at Target! No, we still aren't lucky enough to have Target in Tupelo, so I stopped (several times!) while I was out of town last week.
