{ Mother's Day }

So thankful, these two call me Mommy!

Harrison made this precious recipe book for me.

 Harrison loves my meatballs.  I'll have to make some for him this week! :)

Emma Taylor wanted to spend her own money to buy a present for me.  I loved the Bath and Body Works assortment that she chose, it smells wonderful!

We had breakfast with mom and dad at Cracker Barrel and lunch with Ann at Pizza Factory, so we celebrated all day long.  I was spoiled much more than I deserve!  I hope everyone had a fantastic Mother's Day!

{ Hip Hop Recital }

Emma Taylor had her hip hop dance recital on Saturday and loved every minute of it!  Here she is getting ready to go.  She was happy to get a candy bouquet, as requested, this year too!

Her group danced to a medley of songs called Songs of Love.

She really loves dance and I am so proud of how she performs on stage.  Emma Taylor, I love watching you dance!

{ Happy 14th to Anna Grace! }

It's hard to believe, but this girl is 14 today!

Goodness how time flies!  Memaw met us for birthday dinner, but sadly, the rest of the family couldn't come due to the tornado damage and lack of electricity in town.

Anna Grace keeps busy hanging out with her friends and spending time reading (loves Harry Potter, The Hunger Games and Divergent trilogies, etc.).  She is about 5'7" and wears a size 10 shoe!  Pretty girl is going to be tall like her daddy!


We are so proud of you, Anna Grace!  We love you lots and hope your day is super special!

{ It's Game Day! }

Harrison had his first baseball game of the season today.  The day was beautiful and warm, perfect for a morning at the ball fields!

His team did really well and won their first game.  Harrison had some really good hits today, so he was pretty proud of himself.  He loves this time of year!

Headed home!

Harrison and his friend, Clay Thomas, are finally on a team together.  Robin and I are thrilled that we get to see each other more often!  Yay!

 Sarah, Cameron and Emma Taylor had fun today too!

What a great day to spend a Saturday morning.  I love baseball season!

{ Art Exhibit }

My 5th graders had art on display at the art museum in Tupelo this week.  Their awesome art teacher, Cindy Parker, does such fun and creative things with the kids and chooses some of her favorite work to be displayed in the art gallery every year.  We stopped by the reception on Tuesday night to see their pieces.

Sarah had a landscape and a tiger in the exhibit.
