{ Homecoming }

Anna Grace went to her very last Homecoming dance as a middle schooler tonight!  She and her friends dressed up and looked fabulous for the dance.

I remember her going to her very first Homecoming Dance in 6th grade and I'm totally amazed how her middle school days have flown by.  Now these girls are the "big kids" at the school.

Can't wait for her to come home and tell us all about it!

{ Fall Festival }

Saltillo Elementary School hosts a Fall Festival in October and the kids look forward to it every year!  I snapped a few pictures with my phone while we were there.

Anna Grace and Emma Taylor met up with friends while Belle and I took the boys around to play games.  Everyone had fun!

Sarah and Emma Taylor's classes made projects to be sold in the silent auction.  

Sarah's class spelled "Tigers" with their bodies.  Such a creative idea!

Sarah is in the middle of the T and the top of the E (in the pink shirt and jeans).  She was at cheer practice during the Fall Festival this year.  She has a busy

cheer schedule these days!

Emma Taylor's class painted picture frames that were attached together to form a cross.  

Wouldn't that be cute in the classroom or a playroom?

And that was it for Fall Festival 2013.  Such a fun night!

{ Cheer Time! }

Emma Taylor decided she wanted to do Park and Recreation cheer this year.  Two of her friends from Class, Rachel and Mia, are on her squad.  They've been practicing for awhile and having a ball.

Today was the first game, so they finally got to show us their stuff!

{ Pumpkin Patch Farms }

Harrison's class had their trip to the pumpkin patch yesterday.  We had a ball, but it was a little bitter sweet since this is his last ever pumpkin patch field trip through the school.  I guess they think once you've finished 2nd grade you're over the patch!

We went to Pumpkin Patch Farms in Blue Mountain, MS.  They had lots of fun attractions for the kids like bouncy houses,  a hay maze, a zip line and a petting zoo.  

Harrison loved making his horse fall over on purpose.  So fun!

This is a really cool trampoline type thing built right into the ground.  I'd never seen one before, but the kids loved it!

The kids all liked picking out their pumpkins.  Second grade boys sure are silly!

We had gorgeous weather, but I'm ready for a little cooler temps.  Things are supposed to cool off around here on Sunday.  Highs in the 70s are predicted all next week.  Hooray!
